Empire VFPA36BP Vail 36″ Vent-Free Premium Fireplace

The Empire Vail 36″ Vent-Free Premium Fireplace at 99.9 percent efficient, delivers more heat for your energy dollars – 32,000 Btu for the Vail 32 and 36,000 Btu for the Vail 36. Ceramic glazed pellets in the burner tumble and swirl the gas to produce a natural flickering flame.

Choose from one of two available log sets (required to complete) – Ceramic Fiber (LS30EF) or Sassafras Refractory (LS30RS). Both are hand painted for exceptional realism and exquisite detail.

Also choose from one of two liners – Aged Brick (VPP36A) or Stacked Limestone (VPP36G)– that will complement your decor.

The matte black arched screen front perfectly frames the logs and optional brick liner to create an exceptionally beautiful fireplace.

All Vail fireplaces come with matte black slat louvers and hood.

The Vail 32 and 36 Premium Vent-Free Fireplaces feature hem-bent seams that provide a better seal while eliminating dozens of screws and fasteners. The result is a lighter, more rigid box that’s easier to install.

Control Options

The Remote-Ready Millivolt Vail 36 VFPA36BP30 Fireplace works with any of our battery operated Thermostat Remote Controls, or connect to a simple wall switch or wall thermostat. For factory installed blower option choose VFPA36BP31.

The Intermittent Pilot (IP) Vail 36 VFPA36BP70 saves even more energy by eliminating the standing pilot – yet can still operate in a power outage with a battery backup. Includes AC Power Adapter (120VAC) with battery backup (switches to battery during power outage). For factory installed blower option choose VFPA36BP71.

Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty with a Five-Year Limited Labor Warranty – Combustion Chamber and Heat Exchanger
If the combustion chamber or heat exchanger (see parts list) fails because of defective workmanship or material, Empire will repair or replace at Empire’s option. Within five years from the date of purchase, Empire will pay reasonable labor to have the defective part repaired or replaced at Empire’s option.

Limited Five-Year Parts & Labor Warranty – All Other Components
(Except Remote Controls, Thermostats, Accessories and Replacement Parts)
Should any part fail because of defective workmanship or material within five years from the date of purchase, Empire will repair or replace at Empire’s option. Within five years from the date of purchase, Empire will pay reasonable labor to have that defect repaired at Empire’s option.

Limited One-Year Parts Warranty – Remote Controls, Thermostats, Accessories, and Parts
