Empire DVP42FP Tahoe 42″ Direct-Vent Premium Fireplace w/louvers, Millivolt or Intermittent Pilot Control

Empire Tahoe 42″ Premium models feature our Contour tube-style burner, designed to complement the hand-painted 4-piece ceramic fiber log set, and produce a natural dancing flame.

The Deluxe Tahoe model has louvers and an available trim kit.  The large heat-resistant, tempered glass window provides an unobstructed view to the log set. The Tahoe Deluxe offer several styles of liners – Aged Brick, Herringbone, Stacked Limestone, and Black Reflective.

Tahoe Premium 42″ models require just 19 7/8 inches of depth and use 5” x  8″ Top Venting, making them ideal for applications where wall-cavity space is tight.

Tahoe Premium models are available in Millivolt (DVP42FP3) and Intermittent Pilot (DVP42FP7), in Natural Gas (NG) or Liquid Propane (LP).

Tahoe Premium models are also available with Multi-Function Control (DVP42FP91 includes Multi-Function Remote with a thermostat remote control that automatically varies flame height and blower speed to maintain your pre-set temperature).

Both Millivolt (DVP42FP31) and IP (DVP42FP71) are available with blower included just select the unit with that option.

Millivolt valve (MV): are standing pilot systems which allow your fireplace to turn on even in a power failure.

Intermittent Pilot valve (IPI): when the unit is turned ON, it will cause spark to the pilot, light the pilot, then allow the burner to light. When the unit is turned to OFF, both the burner and pilot will be OFF. A battery backup is included allowing your fireplace to turn on even in  a power outage.

Multi-Function Control ( DVP48FP91 includes a blower and a Variable Remote ) Multi-Function Remote models include a thermostat remote control that automatically varies flame height and blower speed to maintain your pre-set temperature.

The Tahoe Direct-Vent Fireplace requires a barrier to protect against touching the hot glass. Choose a simple Barrier Screen (DVFB42TBL) for an ultra-clean look or opt for the Door Frame with Barrier Screen plus Hinges (DVWB3BL) to accept an operable door set. Screens, Frames, and Doors are available in Matte Black only
