The Stainless Steel Bow Tie Burner generates 40,000 BTUs of corner-to-corner heat and maintains a uniform output at any temperature setting across up to 473 square inches of total cooking area. The P4XF offers over 695 square inches of total cooking area – including the cooking grids and warming rack. The P4X offers 2-Level Adjustable Stainless Steel Rod Cooking Grids – so you can vary the flame and vary the grid height for better cooking control.
