The Skytech 1001D-A allows you to operate your fireplace remotely with it’s On/Off wall switch. This wall switch is battery operated, so there’s no need to wire it into your home electrical system. The wall mount feature means you don’t have to worry about losing your remote control.

Includes receiver & wall cover plate. The system operates on radio frequencies (RF) within a 20-foot range using non-directional signals. The wall transmitter operates on a (2) 3-volt button cell batteries (included). The remote receiver uses (4) AA-size batteries supplied with the unit. It is recommended that ALKALINE batteries be used for longer battery life and maximum microprocessor performance.

This remote control system was developed to provide safe, reliable, user-friendly remote control system for gas heating appliances. The system can be operated manually from the transmitter. It is a dry contact switch designed to be used with millivolt gas valves.
