Optional Infrared Burner

This single searing station flash cooks up to 25,000 BTUs and up to 1000 degrees of infrared heat locking in juices for tender meat and full flavor.

Recessed infrared Quantum Backburner

The Fire Magic Infrared Backburner is a stainless steel mesh encased efficient ceramic system which provides much more BTU heat for quicker more efficient rotisserie grilling. It includes a Stainless Steel Cover to protect the back burner when not in use.

90 DEGREE DOUBLE WALLED HOOD

Double walled 304 stainless steel oven provides efficient heat retention for even heating. The oven opens to 90 degrees for easy access and efficient exhaust. The Teflon coated spring assist makes opening the oven smooth and accessible for all.
