Empire Tahoe DVCC42BP 42″ Clean-Face Direct-Vent Contemporary Fireplace. Includes the deep black polished porcelain-steel liner that reflects the flames for a luxurious effect.

The 42″ Clean-Face Contemporary Deluxe Fireplace comes with a discreet air distribution channel that eliminates the look of louvers, yet still allows you to operate the optional blower. It features a large tempered glass window that provides an unobstructed view.

The available lighting kit (LK6) draws attention to the intricate details of the decorative rock kit and Black Porcelain liner – even when no fire is burning. You can enhance heat distribution with the optional variable-speed blower (FBB10). Both the light and blower include dimmer controls.

Tahoe Premium models require just 17 5/8 inches of depth and use 4 x 6-5/8 venting, Top Vent Only making them ideal for applications where wall-cavity space is tight.

Tahoe models are available in Millivolt (DVCC42BP32) and Intermittent Pilot (DVCC42BP72), in Natural Gas (NG) or Liquid Propane (LP).

Clean-Face Premium models are available in Millivolt and Intermittent Pilot.

Millivolt valve (MV) (DVCC42BP32): are standing pilot systems which allow your fireplace to turn on even in a power failure.

Intermittent Pilot valve (IPI)(DVCC42BP72): when the unit is turned ON, it will cause spark to the pilot, light the pilot, then allow the burner to light. When the unit is turned to OFF, both the burner and pilot will be OFF. A battery backup is included allowing your fireplace to turn on even in  a power outage.

The Tahoe Direct-Vent Fireplace includes a safety barrier screen to protect against touching the hot glass.
