Empire DVCT35CBN95 35 Rushmore Direct-Vent fireplace inserts feature the TruFlame system – a combination of technology and aesthetics to create realistic flames and a glowing ember bed, mimicking a natural wood fire. Available in two sizes, 30 and 35, these inserts turn your wood-burning fireplace into an attractive and efficient focal point. The multifunction remote operates as a conventional thermostat, a Smart Thermostat – which modulates flame height as the room reaches the desired temperature, or as a manual control. The remote also operates the included accent light and blower.

While Rushmore inserts are visually stunning, what you can’t see makes them even more impressive. The Rushmore line of products feature TruFlame Technology created with the use of a ceramic catalyst. The catalysts help minimize emissions and maximize heat efficiency, resulting in the most realistic flames resembling a wood burning fire.

Direct Vent Technology
Direct Vent gas inserts remove 100% of combustion exhaust and fumes to the outside of the home. These sealed fireplaces provide optimal heat, conserve energy and ensure clean, safe indoor air quality.
